Train Your Bird to Talk!, was designed to replace records and tapes that repeat phrases for your bird. It requires Windows 3.1+ and a sound card.  If you have a microphone you can record your own voice and phrases to teach your bird to talk.  The program comes with eight phrases and is fully functional.
